Every InboxAlly plan ships the same engineering. Higher tiers scale the volume. They don't gate the capabilities.

A 5% seed-to-send ratio is our recommended guideline: roughly 5 seed engagements per 100 emails sent. But you don't apply it across your entire sending volume.
