Yes — InboxAlly works with any email provider or platform you can send email from, including custom email servers and in-house systems.
If you can add InboxAlly seed emails to your sending list and send campaigns to them, you can use InboxAlly to improve deliverability.
Quick compatibility checklist (what’s required)
InboxAlly is compatible with your setup as long as you can:
- Add new contacts/recipients (the InboxAlly seed emails) to your email provider, list, CRM, or database
- Send emails to those seed emails as part of your normal sending (campaigns, broadcasts, sequences, or outreach)
That’s it. There’s no requirement to switch providers or change your sending workflow.
No account access or software sharing required
You do not need to share login access to your email accounts, ESP, or internal tools.
In most setups, you simply:
- Create a Sender Profile in InboxAlly
- Upload/add the provided seed emails to your system
- Send as you normally do (same schedule, same content)
InboxAlly works alongside your existing process.
Works for small lists through enterprise sending
InboxAlly scales to match your needs:
- Small-volume senders (new domains, small lists, outreach)
- Growing teams with multiple domains/subdomains
- High-volume and enterprise sending with segmentation and multiple sender identities
