How the IA Assistant Works
A sender opens the IA Assistant inside the InboxAlly app and describes the problem in plain language — for example, “my emails are going to spam at Gmail” or “is my DMARC set up correctly?” The Assistant pulls the relevant data from the sender’s account, identifies the most likely cause, and walks the sender through the diagnostic and fix.
Unlike a generic AI chatbot, the IA Assistant is grounded in two things:
- The sender’s actual account data — sender reputation signals, inbox placement results, email authentication status, and DMARC reports
- The diagnostic playbooks used by InboxAlly’s in-house deliverability team
Why the IA Assistant Matters
Email deliverability problems are rarely caused by a single issue — they’re usually a combination of authentication gaps, list quality, content signals, and engagement patterns. The IA Assistant compresses the diagnostic process by running the same checks an expert would, in the right order, using the sender’s own data.
It’s particularly useful during reputation recovery, after switching ESPs, or whenever a metric moves in an unexpected direction.
How to Use the IA Assistant
The IA Assistant is available in every InboxAlly plan, including the free trial. It activates automatically on login and is opened from the app sidebar.
